I’ve been a practicing naturopathic doctor for almost two decades, and every day I help women get in tune with their bodies, naturally. Whether you want hormone replacement, weight loss, to feel energized, sleep better, transform your perimenopause journey or simply take stock of your unique body and how it can thrive, I’m here to help.

I am clinically trained to prescribe lifestyle strategies, including nutrition, supplementation, and bio-identical hormones to help women through perimenopause and menopause. I can help you whether you’re trying to improve your energy, manage hot flushes or prediabetes and/or lose the weight that’s holding you back from living your best life.

I love sharing my clinical expertise.

Every step of my career has guided me towards supporting the health and wellness needs of women, in-person and online. I’m a First Line Therapy Certified TM Weight Loss Practitioner which I have modified overtime to include intermittent fasting and hormone support getting even better weight loss results. I’m a former trainer and fitness instructor.  I am a MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) certified Menopause Practitioner and registered Naturopathic Doctor qualified to prescribe bio-identical estrogen, progesterone and thyroid hormones-if and when you need them. I am trained to perform clinical breast examinations, vaginal swabs  and PAP examinations, a skill naturopathic doctors are certified to do.

My mom inspired me to become a naturopath.

I’m so grateful to my mother, who introduced my siblings and I to complementary natural medicine therapies ever since we were young. She found precious time in her single mom life to bring us to our naturopathic doctor, chiropractor, and massage therapist to support our best health. By example, she showed me how empowering it is to nurture my body with a healthy lifestyle and complementary medicine, and today I love sharing this experience with my own children.

I have a special interest in women's hormones and am certified to prescribe HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)

I seek to complement traditional medicine with services you won’t usually find at a doctor’s office. I’ll add wellness strategies such as herbal medicine and nutritional supplements, specific to your needs. We will explore better sleep, fitness and mindfulness habits to help achieve a healthy mindset. When hormones are drastically changing and or deficient in the menopause transition years, nutrition and lifestyle may not be enough! This is why I added Hormone Replacement Therapy to my practice 15 years ago and recently became MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) certified to make sure I stay up to date with the  most  evidence based prescribing. I encourage you to tell your doctor and other health care practitioners about our work together because I believe a holistic approach is the best approach. 

I’m a mature mom in perimenopause raising young children

My two children are truly miracles. One was  conceived naturally at almost 40 in 2016 and the other in 2013 with the help of IVF.  But first, I had to overcome PCOS,  Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, endometriosis and multiple miscarriages.  Grateful for my blessings, I have transitioned past my fertility struggles and now focus on thriving through perimenopause. It is my mission to excel as a human to show up as a better mom, partner and doctor.  If you’ve navigated through fertility challenges and are on a similar mission; to thrive through perimenopause rather than merely survive, I may be the ideal doctor for you.
